Innovative Weather is a 24/7 forecast service provider based at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Our staff of advanced meteorology students, led by Dr. Paul Roebber and Mike Westendorf, provide insightful, reliable, and customized forecasts for clients throughout the midwest and east coast.

Advancing Student Careers

Innovative Weather hires current and post-graduate UW-Milwaukee students pursuing degrees in atmospheric science or related fields. Employees develop skills in short and long range forecasting, audio broadcasting, and communication as they progress from intern to meteorologist.
